The Southside Community Center respects your and your children's privacy, and would never act in such a way to compromise it. We will never sell any information to third parties.

Personal Information

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means any data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including for example, your name and e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you or your children.

The only personal information we collect about you or your children is that which you or your children voluntarily provide. For example, when you register your child for the Southside Community Center, online or offline, we ask for your child's name, your address, email address, phone number, as well as other personal information. We also may collect personal information during in-person conversations, phone calls, and via e-mail. You may choose to not provide any information that is requested of you by us, however, this may limit your ability to use our services.

Southside Community Center staff may access personal information at any time for record-keeping purposes, as well as to find information regarding phone numbers, e-mail addresses, allergy / medical information, etc to better serve you and your child.

We shall comply with any laws requiring our disclosure of any information required.

Collection and Storage

We store personal information in both hard-copy form and digital. We use services to organize and store personal information for various record-keeping purposes, including Google's G-Suite cloud document and storage systems. Companies, schools, hospitals, governments, and many other organizations use these systems for record-keeping and data storage.

All information stored on G-Suite is subject to their privacy policies, as well as security. We would never act in such a way to intentionally compromise your personal information and privacy.

Netlify

Our Site is hosted by Netlify. Any Information hosted by or through Netlify is subject to their privacy policy, which may or may not contain terms as protective as this Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you are agreeing to be bound by Netlify’s privacy policy, which can be found here.

"Non-personal information" means any data that does not personally identify you or your children, but can include certain personal information that has been made anonymous and aggregated. We and/or our third-party service providers obtain non-personal information about you from information that you provide us, either separately or together with your personal information. Netlify also uses cookies and other technologies to passively collect non-personal information, as described below.

Netlify may use a variety of technologies that automatically record certain usage information. When accessing our Site, Netlify may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, geographic location, browser type, referral URL, and other information in order to track internal information regarding Site traffic statistics. This information may also be used to identify users who are using our Site for spam. Otherwise, this information is anonymous, and is never linked back to any personal information.
